"You can take everything I have You can break everything I am Like i'm made of glass Like i'm made of paper Go on and try to tear me down I will be rising from the ground Like a skyscraper! Like a skyscraper!" - from Demi Lovato's song 'Skyscraper'.
I used a reference picture of the very talented Anni Suvi, . The original & i have to mention, very amazing photo that i used as a reference is linked below.
I think i may have added more darkness to the photo when i prepared to draw it, cause it looks darker in my phone, or it could just be so, that my phone darkens the pictures automatically by adding them some more contrast. Curious case..
Anyway about the title: i chose it because i really really love that song of Demi's + i thought it kind of suited here. All the emotions in her face match with the lyrics..ah, basically the title just popped into my mind while i was working with this drawing.
About the contrast/brightness/gamma correct: yeah, it is a little off. i think the skin looks lighter in the original drawing.. but that's just how my scanner rolls & i just have to accept it : D
Oh, wow. Long story short: i finally finished a new drawing. I could've saved up so many of my bla-bla right. : p
