HAHA ive just done this drawing too! lol
I like the jewerly and also that you've made it your own style by making it almost cartoon like,

but i do agree with you about the facial features being out of proportion, a great way to tell if something is out of proportion is to draw all your outlines then before putting in all the shading hold it up to a mirror and see whether everything looks right or not.
